Supervisor Training
This is a two-hour live webinar for employees who supervise other employees.
The training will discuss what harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and abusive conduct in the workplace looks like, how to identify such conduct, and steps supervisors can take to prevent it.
We will review these concepts using real-world examples. The training satisfies the California training requirement mandated by AB 1825. This will be a webinar on Zoom, and each attendee will need to be able to login separately. Attendees will participate through responding to polls and quizzes, chatting, and asking questions. Attendance will be tracked, and certificates of attendance will be provided.
The trainer will be Rose-Ellen Fairgrieve, owner of Fairgrieve Law. Rose-Ellen has been a lawyer for 30 years. Fairgrieve Law advises employers on a broad range of employment matters with a focus on helping companies maintain a respectful work environment, and staying in compliance with the complex array of employment laws.
Rose-Ellen has defended employers against claims of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation since 2006. She will remain available to respond to attendees’ questions related to the content of the training for one week after the session.

Companies who enroll 10 or more employees in any of Fairgrieve Law’s webinars will receive a one-hour consultation with Fairgrieve Law to review the employer’s practices and identify areas in which the company adheres to best practices, and where improvements can be made.
