This is a one-hour live webinar for employees in California. The training will discuss what harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and abusive conduct in the workplace looks like, how to identify such conduct, and what employees can do to contribute to a maintaining a respectful working environment. We will review these concepts using real-world examples. The training satisfies the California requirement training requirement for employees mandated by SB 1343 and SB 778. This will be a webinar on zoom, and each attendee will need to be able to login separately. Attendees will participate through responding to polls and quizzes, chatting, and asking questions. Attendance will be tracked, and certificates of attendance will be provided. The trainer will be Anne Kelson, Senior Counsel at Fairgrieve Law. Anne has been a lawyer for over 13 years.
